SkyGlass Crew

I'm new to Sky Glass. I downloaded v1.3 and purchased a 1 year license for the app. My airplanes are flying around in a grey ball...no maps. The map options don't seem to work when clicked on. I'm running a 2021 HP Pavilion; Core i7 gen 10 cpu , 16 gb ram, 512 gb ssd. Windows 10 home. Any ideas about the maps? I uninstalled and re-installed the app already but no maps. Thanks for the help.
