SkyWatch Driver Alerts
SkyWatch Ramp Ops (“SkyWatch”) is a product of AVIAR LABS LLC. SkyWatch Driver Alerts sends ground-transportation drivers one text message when the aircraft they are meeting is on final approach to a participating FBO, with an estimated time to the ramp, so they’re ready when it parks.
How to sign up
Option 1: Text us. Text SKYWATCH followed by the aircraft tail number to (561) 220-6113.
Example: SKYWATCH N123AB
Option 2: Scan the QR code on the sign at the FBO driver check-in.
It opens a text to (561) 220-6113 pre-filled with SKYWATCH. Add the tail number and send.
Option 3: Ask the front desk. Call or ask FBO front-desk staff to set up an alert.
They will read you this consent script and enter your number only if you agree:
“SkyWatch by AVIAR LABS can text you once when [TAIL] is on final. Up to 3 texts, msg and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Terms are at aviarlabs.com/skywatch-sms. OK to text this number?” If yes: “Reply Y to the text to confirm.”
Every sign-up is confirmed by you. Whichever option you use, we send one text asking you to reply Y. No alert is sent unless you reply Y.
What you’ll receive
Up to 3 messages per request:

Confirmation request: “SkyWatch (AVIAR LABS): You requested an on-final alert for [TAIL] arriving at [FBO] [FIELD]. Reply Y to confirm. Up to 3 msgs per request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

Enrollment confirmed (after you reply Y): “SkyWatch (AVIAR LABS): Confirmed. We’ll text you once when [TAIL] is on final to [FBO] [FIELD], then this alert closes automatically. Reply STOP to cancel.”

On-final alert: “SkyWatch (AVIAR LABS): [TAIL] is on final to [FBO] [FIELD], about [8] min to the ramp. This alert is now closed and no further messages will be sent. Text SKYWATCH [TAIL] to request a new alert.”
If the aircraft does not arrive within 12 hours, you’ll get one final message saying the alert has expired, and no further messages will be sent.
Each request is one-time. Your alert closes automatically after the on-final alert or after 12 hours. You won’t get alerts for future arrivals unless you sign up again.
